Application
Western blot: 1-10 µg/mL using ECL. An antibody raised against this peptide has detected a glycosylated band at ~62 kDa in membranes from rat inner medulla (Nonoguchi et al. 1995). N-Glycanase reduced the size to ~36 kDa (deglycosylated form).
Immunohistochemistry: 2-10 µg/mL on paraformaldehyde fixed tissue. AVP-V2 has been localized in terminal IMCD and other areas of rat kidney (Nonoguchi et al. 1995).
ELISA: 0.5-1.0 µg/mL using 1 µg/mL of control peptide to coat plate.
Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
